Shopify Theme Personalization

We’ll handpick a premium Shopify theme tailored to your website goals and personalize it with your content and logo, and also select a color scheme to compliment your brand.

Proper Placement of Custom Content

We’ll set up your copy and media throughout your new site with up to 4 pages, including up to 50 products. If that’s not enough, we can discuss adding more for a minimal additional fee.

Typical website pages include: Homepage, About, Contact, and Catalog.

Link Merchant Account

We’ll help you to set up and link your merchant account to your backend, which is one less item on your plate of things to do, so that your website can accept payments right away!

What We Need From You

All Content

This includes text, logos, photos, videos, and anything else the site would need to best explain or represent your product or brand. To take advantage of our best pricing, we would leave it up to you to provide clear, ready-to-use contents.

In addition, the option to have us create the content for you is always available to you for an additional fee. Our timeline/schedule doesn’t begin before having all the content gathered.


In order for us to set up your new Shopify site, you’ll need to provide all the necessary credentials that will allow us to go in and make the edits required to publish it.

If you don’t already have an account, we can help guide you through the process.


This is your website address, and is very important to have.

If you don’t already own a domain (URL) that you’d like to use for your new website, we can handle that for you for an additional minimal fee. The fee would be based on the popularity of your desired domain.

The Plan


We'll start by chatting about your new website, the goals and gather all the pertinent information (titles, descriptions, prices, photos, etc) about the products you want to list. Based on the information you provided, our content writers begin to craft meaningful and compelling verbiage for any inside pages on the site (i.e Homepage, About, Contact, etc) that will compliment your brand and products. We will also hand-select a Shopify theme that best suits your needs and begin to set it up on your Shopify account.

Day 2

Today we will have a draft of the content ready for your review. Once you have had a chance to look the content over, we will hop on the phone and discuss any changes you would like to see. We will make the necessary changes to the content and send the updated version to you (for your records), as well as our dev team so they can start implementing onto the site.


We will take this day to finish up importing all the content, and ensure they are being displayed properly across different devices. Once the content is up, we will begin importing your products and make sure all the information is placed properly in the database. As a result users can easily find exactly what they are looking for.

Day 4

After we have imported all the content and products, we will send a link for you to review all the work up until this point and provide any last minor feedback. Once the changes have been implemented, app integrations will start. We tie in any apps requested/required to allow your site to do what it was built to do, sell your product!


Today, we begin the testing phase to ensure that all devices and platforms are able to display the site properly, so your customers can have a consistent experience. We power through any remaining items and send you a link to your site for one last review. Once we receive the go ahead to proceed to launch, we prep the site for its public debut. When your site is live, we will notify you and you are ready to take orders! Last but not least, if you’re local, meet us at happy hour to celebrate. If not, we can meet on Facetime and rejoice remotely!

Optional Add-Ons

Logo Creation

$250 – simple logo with up to 2 revisions. This adds half a day to our existing timeline.

Web Maintenance

$200/mo – includes up to 1 content change a month, premium security plugins installed, theme/plugin updates, email/phone tech support. If you need more, we can create a package tailored to your needs, just ask!

Stock Images

Although we encourage using original content, sometimes this is not an option. For this reason, we have partnered with a leading stock imagery company and can offer to search, select, and use images at $10 / image

Installation of Required Plugins

We’ll install and configure all of the apps required to make your site look like the theme demo.* All you have to take care of is the monthly cost that some apps require.

*No structural changes to the theme will be made. If you need additional structural changes to the theme and/or apps, we can do that for an additional fee.
